Escat Corp

This is a cute and short escape room visual novel game DEMO where you get looped back to where you've last been if you don't comply with the rules set up in the game. 

Each room you enter has multiple tasks and four walls, navigate the walls with the arrow buttons on the left and right of the screen, the exclamation marks are the different tasks, once you've clicked the exclamation mark you have to do the task.

Room one:

Correct task to do: Cat with question mark - because there's the letters for "DOOR" in the Background

Angry cat - Who's lying? : "B is lying"

Cat with question mark - Knowledge question: "shakespear"

Mushroom picture - Cat gallery: the black and white tuxedo cat

Paper on the wall - Kryptogramm: "fairy"

Room two:

Correct task to do: Bookshelf, because there's both a dictionary as well as a encyclopedia

Calender - Who's lying? : "C is lying"

Door - Knowledge question: "gravity"

TV - Flower gallery: the dandelion

Bookshelf - Kryptogramm: "mushroom"

PC - Puzzle: drag and drop the pieces into the frame

Room three:

Correct task to do: future time, because it's always in front of you, but you can't see it

future time - Who's lying? extended : It doesn't matter which guard you ask, you have to ask "Which door would the other guard say when asked about freedom?" and then take the "red door"

current time - Knowledge question: "mars"

past time - Puzzle: drag and drop the pieces into the frame

Door - There's nothing there

I plan to add more after the GMTK Gamejam for which this was made 

The development team consists of: Me and my lovely sister Natalie, who playtested even if it was in the middle of the night or on very short notice <3

Yes I count playtesting as part of development team, wouldn't have found half the bugs without her!
